Jan has been a massage therapist since 2009, helping people to rehabilitate from injuries and preventing new problems. While massage is the core of his practice, he also teaches exercises and provides posture assessments.
“My aim is always to bring out the best in people, to help them learn about their bodies – how to hear and read the body’s signals, and what to do about those signals. The massage releases tension and pain – and then I teach people the most important things they need to know about how to live with more awareness of how their body and mind work best together.”
